Service Contracts

the Manufactured Home Service Contact covers more than just appliances! This valuable protection covers systems originally supplied by the manufacturer (such as plumbing, electrical system, water heater and central head and air conditioning); as well as the applicances included in your home at the time of delivery.

Please note: Appliances, central heating systems and central air-conditioning system are only covered against defects during the normal life expectancy.

Call as often as you need.The Manufactured Home Service Contract reimburses you for both labor and materials to unlimited repairs up to the actual cash value of the home, if the covered item fails to perform its inteded functions. It pays for the cost to repair or replace the covered item, including any installation costs. When an item has been repaired or replaced, coverage automatically continues.
You pay only your deductible.The most you'll pay for any repair or replacement of covered items due to defects is a $50 deductible (if the item is not covered by a manufacturer's warranty). This deductible applies to each loss and each covered component.
Coverage is transferable. If you sell you home, you may transfer your coverage to the buyer for a fee - with the assurance of continuous protection for the remainder of the contract. This feature can significantly add to the marketability and resale value of your home!

The Manufactured Home Service Contract is backed by an insurer - unlike many extended service products - to further assure you that your service agreement is valid for as long as you choose to keep it active.

Exclusions: Any item you do not own or any item not described under covered components in the service contract; any item that has not received proper periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer or what would be expected to be maintained by a prudent homeowner; any covered component that has been subject to neglect or abuse or has been damaged as a result of a pre-existing condition; peeling, chipping, discoloration, fading or other cosmetic loss or damage to material; any item that fails due to rotting, rust or corrosion; and items damaged while the home is used for rental or business purposes.
